Madhav Naware

In a career spanning over 25 years in Publishing, Madhav worked with some of the World’s finest Organizations Viz. Tata McGraw-Hill, Thomson Learning and Oxford University Press at various levels . Beginning his career as an Educational Representative, Madhav went on to become a Regional Manager of the Western India Region at Tata McGraw-Hill followed by his stint as an Area Manager - India and Marketing Manager-India at erstwhile Thomson Learning (now called Cengage Learning) and then as an All India Sales and Marketing Head at Oxford University Press. In his role at Thomson Learning and Oxford University Press, Madhav had a responsibility to look after the Sales and Marketing in South Asia.

A solid team player, Madhav always led his team from the front, always achieving Much Above the Average Industry Growth Rate.

A graduate in Business and Economics from Mumbai University, Madhav is an avid reader, his personal library includes an impressive collection of books authored by leading Management Thinkers from around the world. Madhav’s current areas of interest include – Business Ethics, CSR, Sustainability and Recreation.

During the last 25 years, Madhav has travelled extensively to several Asian Countries, USA and Canada as also deep inside many parts of India.
